I've tried other protein drinks but this one is the best!
I like to use ice and mix it up in the blender. Adding a little peanut butter or a banana make it even better. For a "pick me up" in the afternoon, I mix it with coffee.

I am not much for eating a meal for breakfast. Amplify Smoothies are a perfect solutions! Can drink on the go, tastes great, low carbs, and it's a good way for me to get milk reguirements!

I bought this from GNC a few weeks ago! The taste is supper awesome! I love the vanilla because I can add fruit for a fruity shake. I can also add a natural chocolate coco powder with almond milk and ice to make an awesome chocolate milk shake!

I have been drinking Amplify Chocolate Smoothies for breakfast for the last five years. It gives me that blast of protein in the morning that lasts until lunch. It is low in carbs and has helped me in losing weight and maintaining a healthy weight. You can drink it as a smoothie or heated as hot chocolate.
