Suggested Use for Embrace^® XTREME:

With 6-8 oz. of juice or water take 1 Intensify® XTREME capsule and 2 Censor® softgels 30 minutes prior to your morning meal. Take 2 Censor® softgels 30 minutes prior to your afternoon meal.
